This Privacy Policy explains how Solvera (operated by R95 Digital Agency) collects, uses, protects, and shares personal information when you use our platform.

Solvera is committed to transparency and the highest standards of privacy and data protection. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable privacy laws.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services:

  • Basic account data: name, email address.
  • Business data: company and service details you provide to create ad campaigns.
  • Google Ads data: account, campaign, and reporting information retrieved only after you grant explicit OAuth consent.
  • Usage data: technical logs and settings to improve platform performance and security.
  • Google Analytics data: property settings, data stream configurations, and performance reports (conversions, events, and traffic sources) retrieved via OAuth consent.
  • Google Calendar data: OAuth tokens and calendar event identifiers created when you connect Google Calendar and allow Solvera to create follow-up events from sales/leads (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar). We create events in your primary calendar using sales details you already stored in Solvera (for example contact name, phone, and order date). We do not use Calendar access to read or export your unrelated personal calendars for advertising or resale.

We do not collect unnecessary or unrelated Google user data.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

  • Connect your Google Ads account with Solvera.
  • Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns.
  • Provide reports and analytics back to you.
  • Improve platform reliability, security, and features.
  • Respond to customer support requests.
  • Automatically create and configure Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Properties and Data Streams for your websites to enable seamless conversion tracking.
  • Retrieve and analyze conversion data from Google Analytics to feed our optimization algorithms ("Solver"), allowing for more accurate ad campaign adjustments.
  • Match Google Analytics conversion events with Google Ads spend to calculate ROAS and CPA in real-time.
  • Create calendar events from sales and leads (manually or automatically) when you connect Google Calendar, so you can follow up with customers on time.

We never use Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Google Calendar data for profiling outside the features you enable, never resell it, and never share it with unauthorized third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We may share it only:

  • With your explicit consent, such as when you connect Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Google Calendar.
  • With trusted service providers that support Solvera’s infrastructure under strict contractual obligations (data processors).
  • As required by law or regulatory authorities.

4. Compliance with Google Policies

All data obtained from Google APIs (including Google Ads API, Google Analytics API, and Google Calendar API) is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • Google Ads data is used only for features you actively request (campaign creation, management, reporting).
  • Google Calendar access is used only to create (and track creation of) follow-up events related to your Solvera sales/leads in calendars you authorize. We do not transfer Calendar data to other apps for independent use, do not sell it, and do not use it for ads targeting.
  • Data is never used for advertising to third parties, resale, or unrelated profiling.
  • Data is never used to train AI/ML models.

5. Data Protection and Security

We apply industry-standard and advanced safeguards to protect sensitive Google Ads data and personal information, including:

  • Encryption: all data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest.
  • Secure storage: OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are stored in secure, access-controlled environments.
  • Access control: only authorized employees with a strict business need can access user data; role-based access is enforced.
  • Monitoring and logging: all access to sensitive data is logged, monitored, and periodically reviewed.
  • Data minimization: we collect and retain only the minimum amount of data required.
  • Incident response: we maintain policies to quickly detect, respond to, and remediate any data security incidents.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Calendar OAuth tokens (and related calendar event ids we store for sync status) are kept only as long as needed to provide the connected features.
  • If you disconnect Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Google Calendar in Solvera, the related OAuth tokens are revoked/deleted. Disconnecting Calendar does not automatically delete events already created in your Google Calendar.
  • If you delete your Solvera account, Google Ads/Analytics/Calendar tokens and related Solvera-stored personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
  • Backups are securely deleted within 90 days.

7. User Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Google Calendar access at any time (Dashboard → Integrations, or by removing Solvera access in your Google Account).
  • Request data portability where applicable.
  • File a complaint with a supervisory authority (for EU users).

8. International Data Transfers

If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we use lawful safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to protect your data.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above will always show the latest version. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email.

11. Payment Processing and Data Transfer

We use Paddle.com as our online reseller and Merchant of Record. To complete your purchase and manage your subscription, personal data such as your name, email address, and payment information will be collected and processed by Paddle. Paddle is an independent Data Controller for the personal data provided during the checkout process. For more details on how your payment data is handled, please consult Paddle’s Privacy Policy.

Google Calendar Integration

When you connect Google Calendar in Solvera, we request the OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar so Solvera can create calendar events for sales and leads (for example from chat-bot sales or AI landing-page leads). Event title, description, date/time, and reminder settings are derived from the lead data in Solvera and your Calendar sync settings.

Access / use / storage / sharing:

  • Access: we obtain OAuth tokens after your explicit consent and call Google Calendar API to insert events into your primary calendar.
  • Use: only to provide the calendar follow-up feature you enable (manual “Add to calendar” and/or automatic sync).
  • Storage: we store OAuth refresh/access tokens and the Google event id / sync status needed to avoid duplicate syncs. We do not store full copies of your Google Calendar.
  • Sharing: Calendar data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising. Infrastructure processors may process encrypted traffic/storage under contract.

This use complies with Google’s Limited Use requirements: Google user data obtained via this scope is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in Solvera, and is not used for serving advertisements, transferred independently of the user, or used for other prohibited purposes under the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Platform Data & Messaging

When you connect Facebook or Instagram to Solvera, we also process Meta Platform Data needed to run advertising and messaging features you enable. This includes:

  • Facebook user id and name; Facebook Pages you select; Page access tokens; ad accounts and pixels you authorize.
  • Instagram Professional account id and username linked to a Page (instagram_basic).
  • Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct conversation data: Page-scoped or Instagram-scoped user ids (PSID / IGSID), display names or usernames when provided by Meta, message text, message ids, timestamps, and webhook delivery metadata (pages_messaging, pages_manage_metadata, instagram_manage_messages).

How we use this data: to connect your Meta assets; create and manage Meta ads; subscribe Pages to webhooks; show Messenger / Instagram Direct conversations in Solvera (including the admin inbox); and send replies you initiate (human replies for Instagram Direct in the admin inbox; optional chat-bot replies for Facebook Page messaging where you configure them).

We process Meta Platform Data only to provide these features, in line with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell this data, do not use it to advertise to third parties, and do not use Messenger/Instagram message content to train public AI models.

For business customers using the inbox, the business remains the controller of end-user conversations; Solvera acts as processor for that messaging content (see our Data Processing Agreement).

Deletion: you can disconnect Facebook/Instagram under Dashboard → Integrations, remove Solvera in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or email support@solvera.cz (see also our Data Deletion Request Policy). End users who messaged a business may contact that business or email support@solvera.cz so we can help delete Solvera-stored messaging records where applicable.
