Solvera provides a SaaS platform for digital marketing automation, including AI-driven ad management for Meta Ads and Google Ads, optional Google Calendar follow-ups for sales/leads, budget protection tools, and business analytics.
Merchant of Record Disclosure (IMPORTANT)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns. By placing an order via Solvera, you agree to Paddle's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and 30-Day Free Trial
Free Trial: Solvera offers a 30-day free trial for new users. No charges will be applied during this period.
Automatic Conversion: After the 30-day trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to the selected paid plan (Basic, Pro, or Business), and you will be billed unless you cancel the trial before it expires.
Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis and will renew automatically unless canceled via your Solvera account settings or through Paddle support at help.paddle.com.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription payment after the free trial ends. To request a refund, please contact Solvera support or Paddle’s support within 14 days of the transaction. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable.
Third-Party API Integration (Meta & Google)
Solvera integrates with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Calendar via official APIs. Our service’s availability and performance depend on the uptime and policies of these third-party platforms. Solvera is not responsible for any ad account suspensions or service interruptions caused by Meta or Google. Calendar events created through Solvera remain in your Google Calendar and are subject to Google’s terms; disconnecting Solvera does not guarantee deletion of previously created events.
Google Calendar: if you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Solvera to create follow-up events from your sales/leads via Google’s APIs. Calendar events created through Solvera remain in your Google Calendar and are subject to Google’s terms; disconnecting Solvera does not guarantee deletion of previously created events. Where Solvera provides an inbox or chat-bot for Messenger and/or Instagram Direct, you authorize Solvera to use the Meta permissions you grant (including
Messaging features (Facebook Messenger & Instagram Direct)
pages_messaging and instagram_manage_messages where enabled). You remain responsible for compliance with Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Terms, messaging policies (including applicable 24-hour messaging rules), spam rules, and any consents required to message end users. You must honor end-user requests to stop messaging and deletion requests relating to those conversations.
