Users may request deletion of their personal and advertising data by contacting us at support@solvera.cz. Upon verification, we will:
- Remove user account data from our systems
- Disconnect any connected Google (Ads / Analytics / Calendar) or Meta integrations
- Delete any associated campaign data from our storage
We comply with all legal obligations regarding data retention and deletion timelines under GDPR and platform policies.

How to request deletion (step by step)
- Email support@solvera.cz with subject “Data deletion” and your Solvera account email (and Facebook/Instagram name if relevant).
- Optional: disconnect Facebook/Instagram/Google Calendar in Solvera Dashboard → Integrations; remove Solvera under Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites; and/or revoke Solvera access in your Google Account security settings.
- After identity verification we delete or anonymize applicable Solvera-held data within 30 days, unless law requires retention.
What we delete from Solvera
Account profile data; connected website/store records in Solvera; campaign configuration stored by us; Meta/Google OAuth tokens (including Google Calendar tokens and stored calendar event ids), and cached Page, ad account, and pixel lists; and Messenger / Instagram Direct conversations and messages stored in Solvera (including PSIDs/IGSIDs, message text, and related metadata).
End users (Messenger / Instagram customers)
If you messaged a business that uses Solvera, contact that business first, or email support@solvera.cz with subject “Data deletion – messaging”. We will coordinate deletion of messaging records we process for that business where applicable. Data that remains only in Facebook/Instagram inboxes must be managed on Meta’s platforms.
Google Calendar: disconnecting or deleting your Solvera account removes Calendar OAuth tokens and stored Google event ids from Solvera. Events already created in your Google Calendar remain there unless you delete them in Google Calendar. You may also revoke Solvera access in your Google Account security settings.
