Subscriptions and 30-Day Free Trial
Free Trial: Solvera offers a 30-day free trial for new users. No charges will be applied during this period.
Automatic Conversion: After the 30-day trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to the selected paid plan (Basic, Pro, or Business), and you will be billed unless you cancel the trial before it expires.
Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis and will renew automatically unless canceled via your Solvera account settings or through Paddle support at help.paddle.com.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription payment after the free trial ends. To request a refund, please contact Solvera support or Paddle’s support within 14 days of the transaction. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable.
Third-Party API Integration (Meta & Google)
Solvera integrates with Meta Ads and Google Ads via official APIs. Our service’s availability and performance depend on the uptime and policies of these third-party platforms. Solvera is not responsible for any ad account suspensions or service interruptions caused by Meta or Google.
