By using Solvera, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope

Solvera is a platform provided by R95 for automated digital advertising using AI and API integrations with platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business data
• Use the platform lawfully and ethically
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our services

3. Campaign Management

You authorize Solvera to:

• Create and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf
• Access your Google Ads and/or Meta Ads accounts through secure authentication (OAuth)
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on your business goals

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or violation of terms occurs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Solvera is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use of the platform.
